With the ability to engage advanced communication and leadership skills, you will clarify your own visions and purpose, focus more effectively on the goals of your organization, work more smoothly with your team, and drive more purposefully towards your objectives. Her focus is on key and fundamental elements to high-quality leadership: solid communication skills, effective emotional intelligence, and fluid leadership agility.

Suzan founded Elemental Leadership Solutions as a way to leverage her experiences from a multitude of different environments. She draws on five years in the U.S. Military; more than eleven years working in sales and marketing for corporate America; plus fifteen years in sales, marketing, and coaching through fitness training. The foundation of her expertise is grounded in her education and research in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication, which she obtained through the University of Delaware and the University of Montana.
Suzan is a certified coach through Georgetown University, and a member of the International Coach Federation. She is certified to conduct the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) 360-assessment, with which she helps leaders identify and build on their strengths and resources. She also teaches communication courses for the University of Phoenix Online Campus, helping adults achieve their educational goals without sacrificing their full-time lives.
